# Service bulletin 9100670

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 11023618
- Published by NHTSA: 2025\-10\-02
- Manufacturer's number: 9100670
- Manufacturer's date: 2025\-09\-24
- NHTSA component: ENGINE

## NHTSA's summary

Data collection required for all 2020\-2026MY vehicles with 3.6L PSU engines during any of their first 3 engine oil changes. This data collection is applicable to all vehicle with engines with sales codes: ERG, ERC, EH3 and ERF. To assist with monitoring and quality improvement of the 3.6L engine, every time a vehicle comes for any of the first 3 oil changes, please use wiTECH to record the total engine idle time and the total engine runtime. 1. Prior to perform the oil change connect wiTECH diagnostic tool. 2. Navigate to the topology screen on the action item section. 3. Once the topology screen loads, disconnect wiTECH and continue with oil change.
