he purpose of this communication is to inform Maserati dealers that, in certain vehicle functions deactivated at the next Key-On after Key-Off cycle, normal behavior may be misinterpreted as a fault. Beginning with BCM software release 19.2 (March 2024), the Load Shed Function was introduced. This system is not a malfunction but an intentional feature that manages the 12V battery State of Charge by temporarily disabling or limiting non-essential functions. The goal is to reduce unnecessary discharge and preserve battery health. Examples include: • A/C system • Heated seats / heated steering wheel • Mirror and rear window defroster • Interior lights / ambient lights • Head-up display • Easy entry/exit
