This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for the exhaust bellows of the C500D6RE trailered generator set which may crack due to an assembly issue putting pressure on the exhaust bellows, resulting in a melted downpipe blanket, melted insulation panels from hot exhaust or exhaust gas leaking inside the enclosure.
