Complaint Clattering noise from area of hood with steel suspension. Cause Missing helical spring shim (blue part as shown in attached picture "Helical Spring Shim"). Remedy Check whether the blue helical spring shim is installed. • If NOT present: Install the spring shim. • If present: Provide sound/video file with matching noise, verification of no installed spring shim via picture, and open a TIPS case referencing this LI.
