A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Certain 2024 - 2025 Model Year Diesel F-650/F-750 Vehicles Glow Plug Module Wire Harness Shielding On some of the affected vehicles, the wire harness connected to the glow plug dosing module may chafe due to abrasive contact with the front wheel arch liner. Over time, chafing of the wire harness may lead to a check engine light in the cluster, reduced engine power or engine no-start.

SSM 549762026-07-07. Service bulletin. Some 2023-2026 F-53 Motorhome Chassis/F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis and 2024-2026 F-650/F-750/E-Series vehicles equipped with a 6R140 transmission may be limited to 5th gear and reverse gear only. Additionally, the driver will be able to shift back to park. Diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2701, P2704, P0757, and/or P0733 may be stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to PCM software being unable to command the transmission solenoid clutch actuators when the battery has a low state of charge (SOC) and/or the vehicle has been jump started. To restore proper transmission functionality, charge the battery as stated in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-01 Charging System > General Information. Cycle the ignition on then off and leave the vehicle off for 5 minutes to confirm the condition is no longer present. To prevent this issue from reoccurring, refer to the Owner's Manual > Storing Your Vehicle > Preparing Your Vehicle for Storage > 12V Battery. Replacement of transmission components will not resolve this condition. Inform the customer that the condition has no impact on tr

TSB 25-23222025-07-24. Service bulletin. This article supersedes TSB 25-2200 to update the parts list to add the new camshaft and tappet service kit and add F-650/F-750. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an upper engine ticking or tapping noise at idle. Customers may also report experiencing rough engine performance, engine misfire, or a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0301-P0308 in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to camshaft and/or valve tappet having excess wear within the engine assembly.
SSM 524552024-05-03. Service bulletin. Some 2023-2024 F-Super Duty/F-53 Motorhome/F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis or 2023-2025 E-Series/F-650/F-750 vehicles equipped with a gas engine may exhibit an illuminated MIL with ignition system DTC(s) P0352, P0353, P0354, P0355, P0357, P2303, P2306, P2309, P2312, P2318, P2304, P2307, P2310, P2313, P2319, and/or P2322 set in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to incorrect cylinder to DTC mapping within the PCM. This means the DTCs listed may set against the incorrect cylinder. Even though the cylinder to DTC mapping is incorrect in the PCM, the presence of these DTCs means that a real ignition system concern is present that requires diagnosis and repair. Prior to performing a pinpoint test for one of the listed DTCs, it will be necessary to identify the correct cylinder that has the issue. Do this by using the Ford diagnosis and repair system (FDRS) to perform a cylinder power balance test. If the results show two cylinders dropping out, begin diagnosing the ignition system components for the cylinder that is dropping out and not setting an ignition related DTC. Due to the incorrect incorrectcylinder to DTC mapping, the PCM will shut off fuel to the cylinder that the PCM has triggered a DTC against. Diagnosing the cylinder that does not set an ignition DTCand drops during the power balance test, will verify the identity of the cylinder that has the concern. If only onecylinder is dropping out, start diagnostics with that cylinder. Refer to the Workshop Manual, Section 303-07A/C.
