This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for engine wiring harness which may experience voltage issues in the engine wiring harness grounding caused by a rubber Loctite® utilized on the grounding stud, resulting in 1939 communication issues between the engine control module \(ECM\) and the turbocharger compressor intake humidity/pressure/temperature sensor and instances of fault code 3367.
