## NHTSA's summary

The California Air Resources Board has determined that certain 2025 model year Genesis GV80 and 2025 model year Genesis GV80 Coupe vehicles may be releasing air pollutants which exceed Federal and California standards. Genesis has become aware that some vehicles may NOT experience a warning lamp illumination related to the fuel level sensor circuit. Your Genesis retailer is conducting a service campaign to update the Engine Control Module \(ECM\) to improve the Fuel Level Sensor Logic.
