A potential concern has been identified where the front output shaft flange of the single speed transfer case may not be correctly installed. To make sure there is no degradation of performance over time, the front output shaft flange needs to be secure in the transfer case. An inspection of the front output shaft and flange assembly is required. If failed, a new transfer case is needed.
