# Other 25B24

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

On some of the affected vehicles, the customer’s vehicle may not start due to a depleted 12\-volt battery. This issue may occur after the vehicle has been parked for an extended period of time \(e.g. two months\). The customer may see a cluster message such as “'12V Battery Fault \- Service Soon” before the 12\-volt battery is completely depleted.
