This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for the calibration download process on PACCAR vehicles using the EMUX architecture which may experience an issue where the Engine Control Module \(ECM\) will go into ROM boot and communication between INSITE™ electronic service tool/Guidanz™ and ECM may be lost if the 9\-pin dash connection is used to recalibrate the ECM.
