Service bulletin TSB250072
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for the analog accelerator pedal which may have a damaged or improper connection to the engine control module causing a voltage short preventing fueling, resulting in intermittent drop out of the accelerator pedal, with no active fault code. Fueling will return after the operator has completely released and reapplied the pedal. This event may occur multiple times, often every few seconds.
