# Service bulletin SB971\-1

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

To support the launch of Campaign 776, dealers received Glyptal 1201 Red Enamel from an alternative supplier, however, this is not the preferred product recommended by Thermo King Engineering due to its lower viscosity. Glyptal 1201 can still be used by applying two coats. Allow 15 minutes of cure time between coats if using Glyptal 1201
