To improve customer experiences by eliminating most needs for an engineering review, this service bulletin clarifies the upgrade procedure from PBA200\-400 to a PBA500 governor. Two options are available: 1. The first option applies only to vehicles without a PUC pump and are upgrading from a PBA200\-400 to the PBA500 governor. 2. The second option applies to vehicles with a PUC pump and is upgrading from the PBA200\-400 to the PBA500 governor.
