## NHTSA's summary

Thermo King has received reports of new Precedent Multi\-Temp units being commissioned for delivery, where the HMI during bootup will hangup/stick in configuration mode. This happens when the TK BlueBox backup battery has been depleted and is waking up from a full Null mode \(No LED Lights on the TK BlueBox\). When the HMI is trying to connect to the TK BlueBox it will stay in configuration mode. Thermo King has new TK BlueBox firmware MA\-0433\-000359 that resolves this issue
