## NHTSA's summary

We have found some 1020946 compressors built with a temperature device and not the required high temperature switch. We understand that they will not work correctly in the units. The other open scroll compressors 1020949\- 1020951 may also have issues but none have been reported yet. Compressors built before August 1, 2024 are subject to errors
