NHTSA's summary
Starting in May 12th, 2022, some truck units were manufactured without BlueBox due to supply chain constraints. The antenna and all necessary harnessing are not present. Not all units are required to have the BlueBox installed. This campaign will cover parts and installation for customer that request to have a BlueBox functionality. If a customer requests BlueBox functionality, dealers will need to order Installation kit (P/N 047345) for ST or (P/N 047346) for MT and BlueBox P/N 047342 per CSB044. Orders will be processed based on prioritization and allocation. Customer name must be entered when order is placed.
