NHTSA's summary
New SR-3 Base Controllers loaded with D0A3 cannot be loaded with older software. If older software is loaded onto F047 Base Controllers, Alarm Code 68 (Internal Controller Fault) may be present as well as invalid sensor readings showing dashes, possibly without alarm codes.
