# Service bulletin SB\-25\-17\-005

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

On some Model Y vehicles, the center high mounted stop light may cause interference with the power supply line for the High Voltage Controller \(HVC\), which can falsely trigger High Voltage Interlock Loop \(HVIL\) alerts HVP\_w026\_HvilFault or BMS\_a036\_SW\_HvpHvilFault.
