# Service bulletin SB967\-1

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 11014276
- Published by NHTSA: 2025\-02\-17
- Manufacturer's number: SB967\-1
- Manufacturer's date: 2025\-01\-27
- NHTSA component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER

## NHTSA's summary

The default setting for Switch to Monitor is “YES.” If the customer wants to change the setting for Switch to Monitor to "NO", the process needs to be completed using the HMI, not WinTrac. There is a software bug in the WinTrac service tool that is being fixed and will be resolved in the next WinTrac update. Until then, Switch to Monitor can only be updated using the HMI.
