## NHTSA's summary

Certain 2017 model year Genesis G80 and 2017 model year Genesis G90 vehicles may experience various Diagnostic Trouble Codes \(DTC\) related to the Airbag Control Unit \(ACU\), which may cause the airbag warning light to illuminate. At Genesis, we are committed to providing vehicles of outstanding quality and value. In an effort to meet this commitment, Genesis is extending the warranty coverage for the ACU under this condition to 15 years with unlimited mileage from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use and is valid for original and subsequent owners.

NHTSA strongly cautions against self\-inspection by vehicle owners and recommends inspection by trained technicians.
