Service campaign Dealer 93SG_20241218
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
An erroneous warning message may appear in the instrument cluster due to overly sensitive diagnostic software. The message is accompanied by a fault stored in the control unit for high-voltage battery charging, which also prevents charging at 100% with a 110V cable. A software update will be performed to address this issue.Updated claiming instructions Included Appendix A with updated B200000 fault clearing instructions
