# Service bulletin 24\-BE\-007H\-1

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 11010978
- Published by NHTSA: 2024\-12\-03
- Manufacturer's number: 24\-BE\-007H\-1
- Manufacturer's date: 2024\-11\-16
- NHTSA component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

## NHTSA's summary

Certain Santa Cruz \(NXT\), Santa Fe \(MX5A\), Santa Fe Hybrid \(MX5A HEV\), and Tucson \(NX4A\) vehicles may exhibit a display screen flickering or intermittently going blank. This may be due to the shield width of the coaxial cable being too wide, causing a loose connection. Follow the procedures in this bulletin to adjust the width of the shield using a supplied shield adjustment jig.
