Service campaign 24-01-084H
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Certain Santa Fe (MX5A) vehicles’ Body Domain Controller (BDC) software logic may disable the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) system that leads to a low-voltage logic error with active DTC C112600. Follow the instructions in this bulletin to update the BDC software to correct the TPMS system and to enhance Smart Key recognition.
