This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution of fault codes 12543, 12553, 12558, 12564, 12569, 12575, or 13751 that cause loss of communication between the pack management unit \(PMU\) and the battery management controller \(BMC\) resulting in the high voltage battery pack going offline.
