# Service bulletin 23N06 S1

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 11008365
- Published by NHTSA: 2024\-10\-03
- Manufacturer's number: 23N06 S1
- Manufacturer's date: 2024\-09\-03
- NHTSA component: ENGINE

## NHTSA's summary

In some of the affected vehicles, after safety recall 23S27 has been performed, the Malfunction Indicator Light \(MIL\) may illuminate and store Diagnostic Trouble Codes \(DTCs\) P1061 and/or P032F. This could be due to a faulty connecting rod bearing that was detected by the Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\). Reason for supplement: labor allowances/program term updates
