## NHTSA's summary

Mercedes\-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY 2024 EQS \(296 platform\) vehicles, the supplementary booklet for the digital key was not included with the vehicle. Consequently, the digital key cannot be activated and as a result, it will become invalid and non\-functional. MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes\-Benz dealer will add the supplementary booklet.
