# Service bulletin TSB 24\-2289

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Some 2021 Mustang Mach\-E vehicles may experience that the traction control feature cannot be turned off/disabled through the vehicles center display screen. Customers will see the soft button slide to the off position, then re\-enable itself a couple seconds later. This may be due to the software in the instrument panel cluster \(IPC\).
