Service bulletin S2423000027 REV.A
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

For Loss OF Communication faults, please follow the diagnostic service routine in Service Library and confirm these steps before ORC replacement. Reference Service Library Section 28 - DTC-Based Diagnostics / MODULE, Body Control (BCM) / Diagnosis and Testing / U0151-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH RESTRAINTS CONTROL MODULE.
