## NHTSA's summary

Some 2024 F\-Super Duty/F\-150 vehicles may exhibit a concern where the vehicle's center display screen gets stuck in a reboot loop of the Ford logo and eventually goes black. This may be due to a concern with the software on the telematics control unit module \(TCU\). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TCU and then perform a battery disconnect to make sure the accessory protocol interface module \(APIM\) receives the correct date from TCU.
