## NHTSA's summary

Mercedes\-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY 2024 S580 4MATIC \& Maybach S580 4MATIC \(223 platform\) vehicles, the Purge Pressure Sensors of the Evaporative Emissions Control System may not correspond to current production specifications. Due to the potential incorrect installation of pressure sensors, the Check Engine Light in the instrument cluster may erroneously illuminate. MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes\-Benz dealer will replace the Purge Line Pressure Sensors of the Evaporative Emissions Control System.
