## NHTSA's summary

Certain 2024 Model Year F\-150 Vehicles Equipped With A 2.7L Engine \- Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) Reprogram and Air Conditioning Compressor Inspection In all of the affected vehicles, due to a certain PCM calibration error, air conditioning \(A/C\) compressor damage may result under high speed and high load operations. Customers will experience a loss of A/C cooling in the vehicle in the event of a compressor failure. There are no cluster messages or warning lights to signal this malfunction.
