## NHTSA's summary

Polestar Automotive USA Inc. on behalf of Polestar Performance AB, have decided to launch Service Action S10227 on certain model year 2021 – 2023 Polestar 2 vehicles.\&\#13; Polestar investigations have identified that vehicles are unable to receive Over\-The\-Air \(OTA\) updates due to old or conflicting software.\&\#13; To remedy the concerned vehicles, Polestar will perform a software upgrade to enable OTA updates.\&\#13; A total of 1,162 U.S. and 117 Canadian vehicles are eligible for this service action.\&\#13;
