The following fault is stored in the engine control unit: 0x3A40D0 \- Restriction of recuperation, available battery charging capacity The warning indicates that only limited recuperation is possible. It may be necessary to apply the brake toachieve a deceleration that is normally achieved with recuperation. When the warning is displayed: The warning is displayed when the possible recuperation is less than or equal to 30%. The warning is also displayed when the battery temperature is below 50°F \(10 °C\) or above 113°F \(45 °C\).
