NHTSA's summary
Mercedes-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz, has determined that on certain MY 2024-2025 CLE (236 platform) and E-Class (214 platform) vehicles, the MBUX System software does not correspond to current production specifications. The MBUX System will receive a software update that contains a range of general functional and system improvements for a better infotainment experience. MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will update the MBUX System software.
