Service bulletin 2151781

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

According to the FireFly TSB: "The furnace status staying present after the air conditioner compression had activated. This is isolated to the FireFly G12 Board. Of which, due to the insufficient network termination on the RV-C. It was further deduced that if the RV-C network lacks two terminating resistors, the system will not operate as intended."
