# Service bulletin 9100354

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Published by NHTSA: 2024\-06\-10

## NHTSA's summary

SWITCH Multifunction Before replacing the steering column control module \(SCCM\), please follow these steps: 1.\- Make sure all the switches' and airbag's harness are properly connected, disconnect the switches and reconnect them, and reverify the issue. 2.\- Review the SCCM for any physical issue \(Autolock, clockspring damaged\) 3.\- Pull the SCCM fuse for 60 sec and then reinstall it. 3.\- Reverify if Steering wheel switches are inoperative. If there are no DTC's, physical defects, nor switches inop, then SCCM does not need to be replaced.
