# Service bulletin TSB 24\-2141

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

This article supersedes TSB 24\-2094 to update the production fix date and causal part. Some 2023 Mustang Mach\-E vehicles built on 26\-Jun\-2023 and through 21\-Nov\-2023 may exhibit an exterior blue charge status indicator segments flashing and high voltage battery continues to charge after preset charge target percentage has been met while using level 1 or level 2 charger. This may be due to the software in the secondary on\-board diagnostic control module C \(SOBDMC\). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the SOBDMC.
