Service bulletin SSM 52492
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2023-2024 Corsair Hybrid vehicles equipped with a 12 inch instrument panel cluster (IPC) display may exhibit a condition where the flat tow mode cannot be activated. This condition does not affect vehicle durability under normal driving conditions and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle normally but should not attempt to flat tow the vehicle. Engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected by the 4th quarter of 2024. Replacement/reprogramming of the IPC will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.
The document
The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
