# Service bulletin T\-SB\-0014\-24

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 10253231
- Published by NHTSA: 2024\-04\-15
- Manufacturer's number: T\-SB\-0014\-24
- Manufacturer's date: 2024\-03\-12
- NHTSA component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

## NHTSA's summary

TSB: Some 2023 model year Crown vehicles may exhibit a delay and/or reduction in output of warm air from the HVAC system while the vehicle engine is at normal operating temperatures \(over 170°F\). This condition usually occurs immediately after a hot restart, while the vehicle is in Ready ON, but before the internal combustion engine starts. The Engine Control Module \(ECM\) \(SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM\) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition.
