NHTSA's summary
On 2024 Nautilus vehicles, the keyless entry keypad will only illuminate if the unlock button on the keyfob is pressed or if the keypad itself is touched. The keypad will not illuminate during approach detection or from any other inputs. Do not attempt repairs or submit a claim for this normal condition.
