# Service bulletin I\-24\-01

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Indian Motorcycle has determined that some 2022 Challenger and Pursuit motorcycles may have been built without a silicone plug in the chassis\-to\-fairing electrical harness connector \(components\) which may result in water intrusion and corrosion of said components. To address this concern, Indian Motorcycle has released this Service Bulletin with instructions to inspect the chassis\-to\-fairing electrical harness connector for damage and install cavity plugs. If corrosion is present, both the chassis and fairing electrical harness replacement may be required.
