NHTSA's summary
Kawasaki has initiated an FDM campaign to add drain holes to both sides of the frame. On certain eligible units, the existing drain holes do not allow the frame to drain completely after riding in the rain or washing the motorcycle. This can lead to paint delamination caused by rust.
