Service bulletin MC610124
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Intelligent service call fails periodically. In most cases, fault 0xB7F310 – Microphone 1: lines are short-circuited, is stored. The issue is related to the thresholds for detecting a short circuit in the microphone being set too tight. This may result in an erroneous fault memory entry and the intelligent service call function being switched off until the next time the ignition is cycled.
