# Service bulletin B640224

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 10250367
- Published by NHTSA: 2024\-03\-02
- Manufacturer's number: B640224
- Manufacturer's date: 2024\-02\-05
- NHTSA component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

## NHTSA's summary

The coolant changeover valve may develop a coolant leak when the outside temperatures go below 19°F \(\-7°C\). The vehicles operating systems would also need to be at that same low temperature \(example: being parked outside, overnight in low temperatures\).
