On trucks equipped with the Back Up Alarm (RPO 8S3), the alarm will be intentionally left disconnected from the assembly plant. Technician will reroute the harness and plug it in.
PIC6123G	2024-01-29. Service bulletin. This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician for the adaptive cruise control or lane keep assist unavailable message in the driver?s information center after the vehicle has been parked in direct sunlight and high ambient temperatures. The cameras electronic control unit?s internal operating temperature range is -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the electronic control unit of the camera module exceeds 85 degrees Celsius the image processor will no longer function resulting in adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist to be unavailable until the temperature falls to below the maximum operating temperature range

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician on how to diagnose and repair vehicles that may have rattle or ticking noise that is louder inside the vehicle than outside. The noise may also sound like a lifter tick. If the noise is heard best at the fuel line and the sound will be real loud with a stethoscope. The fuel line will need to be replaced.

PIT5544G	2023-06-13. Service bulletin. This Preliminary information communicates information on a hydrauilc rush type noise from the power steering gear. This noise is a characteristic of the new Active Hydraulic Assist System RPO NV8 and no repairs should be made. The noise is most noticeable in the cab at idle, in park, with all accessories turned off.
