# Service bulletin NCU\-2023100008

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Mercedes\-Benz AG \(MBAG\), the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY 2022 GLE and GLS \(167 platform\) vehicles, corrosion on the solenoid may occur in the electric coolant pump. In this scenario, a yellow coolant warning lamp may be shown in the instrument cluster. MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes\-Benz dealer will inspect the electric coolant pump and replace it, if necessary.
