## NHTSA's summary

This TRP is being issued to address Exhaust Throttle Valve \(Exhaust Pressure Regulator\) failures on certain L9 CM2350 L120C engines installed in HCE equipment. This TRP allows certified Cummins repair locations to remove the ETV/EPR \(Cummins PN 5562470\) and replace with a new part.
