## NHTSA's summary

Mercedes\-Benz AG \(“MBAG”\), the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY 2021\-2023 C\-Class, EQE, EQS, GLC, S\-Class, and SL \(206, 294, 295, 296, 297, 254, 223, and 232 platform\) vehicles, there is a new software release for the MBUX Infotainment system. This OTA update includes functional improvements and eliminates software errors for a better entertainment experience. MBUSA will conduct an OTA service campaign. Remote software updates are automatically downloaded and installed in the customer’s vehicle free of charge and do not require a dealer visit. A letter will be mailed to included customers informing them of this software update.
