This bulletin informs dealers that Harley\-Davidson has made a software update to Digital Technician II \(DT II\). DIGITAL TECHNICIAN II \(PART NUMBER: HD\-48650\).Version 24.1.3 Release Date: Week of December 15th, 2023. Changes: • LiveWire S2DM \- Correct condition where Module Replace was not offered when Vehicle Supervisory Controller \(VSC\) did not have Vehicle Identification Number \(VIN\). • Correct condition where missing or invalid VIN caused Unhandled Error \(UE\) when visiting Body Control Module \(BCM\) Customization. • Correct issue where Anti\-lock Braking System \(ABS\) reflash was not offered to 2023 FLHFB. • Updated Electronic Control Module \(ECM\) Reflash for 2023 FLHXSE. Corrected Function Select values. Version 24.0 Release Date: • Week of December 15th, 2023. New Features: Provide support for 2024 Trike and Softail Vehicle Identification Numbers \(VINs\) releasing on December 1st, 2023. Changes: • Remove Icon to disable fuel pump on LiveWire vehicles.
