Service bulletin S3779 202311
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Fleet Improvement Campaign: Certain Volvo trucks could experience leakage from the Charge Air Cooler Pipe Crimp Clamps. This could result in a boost leak or hose blow off. A method for replacing the crimped hose clamps on the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) piping has been developed. Follow the instructions below to remove the four CAC crimped clamps and install four new T- bolt clamps.
